Bio

O'Byrne is the founder of Byron, an AI agent platform that automates business tax workflows for CPAs. Previously, he was a partner at Citi Ventures, where he led investments in early-stage AI companies. Before moving into technology, O'Byrne spent a decade in accounting and finance, experiencing firsthand the inefficiencies of manual tax processes. After earning a master's in computer science from the University of Chicago, he founded Byron to help tax professionals streamline their work using AI.
