Cooper is a partner in Dentons U.S. Tax practice in Louisville, focusing on tax controversy and litigation. Drawing on a dual background in law and accounting, she represents businesses and high-net-worth individuals before the IRS and in U.S. Tax Court and other courts. Before joining Dentons, she advised mid-size and Fortune 500 companies on IRS audits and tax planning matters. A certified public accountant, Cooper is a frequent presenter and author on federal and state tax developments affecting taxpayers and practitioners.
