Bio

Dombrowski specializes in IRS and state collection cases, including settlements with the IRS, tax lien releases and corporate officer assessments. He has lectured on advanced collection topics since 1994. He is a graduate-level instructor with the National Tax Practice Institute and has spoken nationally for professional organizations on IRS collection matters.

How to Onboard the Non-Compliant Taxpayer

In this session, we will discuss how to interview a client and help them with financial disclosure, making estimated payments and signing the client. The ultimate goal is to change the client's ways and get them into compliance, then make a presentation to the IRS for resolution.
